Returns are not accepted on earrings due to hygiene reasons. If your earrings arrive broken, please get in touch via email at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return request, including pictures of faults. I will get back to you with the best solution.
I do not offer refunds or exchanges on breakages caused after the item has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Contact Form outlining the reason for requesting a refund. If you do qualify for a refund or return, you will receive returns information in an email reply.
- All refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Unfortunately, I can not guarantee you will receive a refund or exchange after 14 days have passed after the item was delivered.
- All returns must be shipped directly to me using tracked delivery, at the buyer's expense. Any loss or damage of the item during the return shipping process is the buyer's responsibility, and will not receive a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will receive the total cost of the product/s returned only.
